Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session. Final images will only be delivered after full payment is completed.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date depending on availability. In case of unsuitable weather, sessions may be rescheduled.

Punctuality

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. If a client is significantly late, the session may be cancelled without refund.

Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within a few business days. RAW or unedited images are not included.

Editing Style

By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with my work and editing style. Images are edited in a consistent aesthetic and final selection is made by the photographer.

Usage & Copyright

All images remain the property of Nathalia Sampaio Photography.
Photos are for personal use only and may not be edited, sold, or used commercially without permission.

Portfolio Use

Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media.
If you prefer your images to remain private, please let me know before your session.

Liability

In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the return of payments received.
